Tim Fleener // Lead Pastor

Tim Fleener serves as Lead Pastor of Real Life Church, alongside his wife, Judy. Both originally from Indianapolis, IN, Tim graduated from Indianapolis Baptist Bible College with a degree in Theology.

Right after college, Tim, Judy, and four of their six children stepped out in faith and moved to Nebraska, where they planted seven churches over the years. He guided the congregation through biblical principles, serving in the youth department, teaching adult Sunday school, leading small group Bible studies, and offering counseling - from helping teens navigate peer pressure to supporting couples through marital challenges. Tim served as Lead Pastor of that final church in Nebraska for 18 years.

In 2015, Tim and Judy felt God's call to the Springfield area and founded Real Life Church. They're deeply grateful for His faithfulness and excited about the direction He's leading the church and their family today.
